Hidden Falls is a satisfying 100ft waterfall at the far end of Jenny Lake seen during the ascent into the scenic Cascade Canyon. To my knowledge, this is the only safely accessible and legitimate waterfall in the Grand Tetons. You could argue that the rest of the falls in the park are either too difficult to reach or they're nothing more than ephemeral snowmelt cascades. If you're so inclined, you can continue to go uphill beyond this waterfall and into the scenic Cascade Canyon. Here, you're flanked by the towering slopes of the Grand Tetons with ephemeral cascades tumbling down on both sides. If you're really hardy, you can make it all the way to Lake Solitude, though the name belies your actual experience as this is perhaps the most popular Grand Tetons trail. It's a little over a mile from the boat dock at the opposite end of Jenny Lake. However, if you'd rather walk around the lake, the overall hike to the falls and back is about 5 miles return.
